🕒 Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In accordance with EU regulations, you are also entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period, for any reason and without justification.


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


💰 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Shipping, return, and customs fees will be deducted from the total refund amount

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please contact us at contact@zentivaa.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, return the original item and place a new order separately.


⚠️ Defective Products

To report a faulty item, email us at contact@zentivaa.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name and email address

  • A description of the product defect

Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement.


🛡️ Warranty

Our products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing or compliance defects under normal usage.
An optional 1-year extension is available, bringing total coverage to 3 years.

✅ Covered:

  • Replacement of defective parts

  • Replacement of product (refunds not included)

  • Valid under normal use and installation conditions

❌ Not Covered:

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Improper installation or non-compliance with instructions

  • Negligence or lack of maintenance

  • Damage from aggressive or incompatible cleaning agents

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
